Honestly, not much. Choose a support package, sign the contract and we’ll do the rest (tea optional, but appreciated).

What happens after I sign?

We visit your office, get to know your setup and document everything - free of charge and with zero disruption. We’ll introduce ourselves to your team and make sure everyone knows how to contact us.

How long does it take to switch?

Typically, we’re onsite within a week and can start support the next working day after documentation is complete.

When should I switch?
